Have you lost your card?

Read the instructions below on how to block your card

If your card is lost or stolen, or if you notice transactions that you do not recognise, block your card immediately.

  • Call the 24/7 blocking service at 020 333/+358 20 333 (local network charge/mobile call charge).
  • You can also call Nordea Customer service (24/7) at 0200 3000 or visiting at branch. 
  • If your card has been stolen, remember to report it to the police in person. 
  • You can order new card by calling our Customer service.
