Use of the Corporate Documents service

The Corporate Documents service is your company’s digital mailbox, which enables an easy, quick and secure way of managing your financial matters with us. The service enables you to receive, sign and send documents in an encrypted environment. You can also use the service as your archive.

In the Corporate Documents service, you can tend to your company’s financial matters digitally in an encrypted environment.

You can also use the service for sending and receiving messages with appendices between your company and us, as well as for receiving and signing documents. All the documents you have received with signatures, if any, are automatically filed in the service.

How to log in to the Corporate Documents service

  • You can access the login page of the service from and by clicking ‘Corporate documents’ under the ‘Login’ menu at the top of the page and by clicking the button ‘Log in to the Corporate Documents service’ on the big picture at the top of this page.
  • After this, write the Business ID of the company you represent in the format 1234567-8 and click ‘Login’.
  • Select the bank the personal online banking codes of which you wish to use for identifying yourself for the service – we accept the codes of nearly all Finnish banks.
  • Identify yourself with the personal online banking codes of the bank of your choice. If you authenticate yourself with Nordea’s user ID, select the means of authentication (code app or code calculator) from the top row, enter your user ID in the field and click OK.
  • The Corporate Documents service verifies your right to represent the company from the Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s database and directs you automatically into the service after a successful verification.
