Application for a change to the repayment schedule of your company’s hire-purchase or lease agreement

All kinds of things can happen in life. We want to help and support our customers both in good and bad times and therefore offer you the possibility of applying for a change to the repayment schedule of your agreement.

What does this mean? 

A change to your repayment schedule can mean that you will only have to pay interest and fees on your hire-purchase agreement, and in the case of a lease agreement, a lower lease, or that you want to extend your current agreement period (lower monthly repayment amount).

How to apply for a change to your repayment schedule 

Fill in and submit the form below.  You should apply for a change to your repayment schedule well in advance before the next due date. Please note that you must pay all your due repayments under the agreement. The pricing of the contract will be reviewed in connection with the payment plan change.

A change to your repayment schedule always requires a favourable credit decision. We will always inform you of the credit decision by telephone or via email. If you have received a favourable credit decision, we will primarily send you the new repayment schedule for digital signing in the Company documents service or, upon a separate request, by post. 

If you are applying for a change to the repayment schedule of more than one of your agreements, each repayment schedule must be signed separately.

After we have received the signed repayment schedule, we will make the change and the new repayment schedule will take effect.

Changes to the repayment schedule are subject to a fee set in our tariff.
