In our phone service you can:
You can check the last five transactions in your account. All purchases are shown in your account transactions as soon as they have been transmitted to Nordea Finance. Depending on the bank, the payments are shown instantly or within a few days.
You can take a payment holiday for two months a year (not consecutive months) allowing you to skip your monthly payments. If needed, you can change the months you have chosen. The interest and fees for the instalment-free month will be charged in connection with your next monthly invoice. You will receive a monthly invoice by post as usual for the instalment-free month. On the invoice you can see all transactions from the invoicing period and the balance at the time of invoicing.
You can transfer 80–1,000 euros a day to your bank account within the available balance on your credit account. If you use the phone service to make the transfer, the money will be available in your account in a few days. Credit transfers are subject to a fee set in our tariff and interest is charged as of the transfer date.
If you want to transfer a larger amount in one go, you can do this in eService or Nordea’s Netbank. To make credit transfers, make sure the transfer feature has been added to your credit account. Otherwise if you call the automated phone service and select transfers, you will be informed
that transfers cannot be made from your credit account without the transfer feature. You can activate the transfer feature by filling in and returning the customer service form to us.

3. Enter the number of your credit account or card and press #
4. Enter your phone service password and press #
5. The automated phone service will tell you your balance
6. Press 2 for credit transfer
7. Choose the amount you want to transfer in euros (exact amount, such as 600 euros). This can be between 80 and 1,000 euros within the available balance on your credit account.
8. Confirm or edit the chosen amount
9. To end the call, press 9
If you have multiple credit accounts, you can check the available balance and account transactions related to all your loans granted by Nordea Finance during the same call.
