You cannot join the automated phone service anymore. If you already are a user and have a password for automated phone service,  you can continue to use it for the time being. 

Phone service in brief

In our phone service you can:

  • Transfer money from your credit account to your bank account
  • Browse your credit account transactions
  • Change the due date
  • Choose your instalment-free months
Account transactions

Check your credit account transactions

You can check the last five transactions in your account. All purchases are shown in your account transactions as soon as they have been transmitted to Nordea Finance. Depending on the bank, the payments are shown instantly or within a few days.

Follow these steps

  • Call 0200 86210 (local network charge/mobile call charge)
  • Enter the number of your credit account or card and press #
  • Enter your phone service password and press #
  • The automated phone service will tell you your balance
  • Select the option you want: account transactions, press 1
  • to end the call, press 9
